Q. Is Peachtree Accounting for Windows Year 2000 compatible?
A. In order to determine whether your Peachtree Accounting for Windows is Year 2000 compatible, first click on Help, and then About in your Peachtree program. This will tell you both the version and the batch of Peachtree that you are running. Most Chaver-ware customers should be running currently Peachtree Version 3.5 batch 4. There are some situations where this is different. Once you find out this information visit the Peachtree year 2000 site to find out what you need to do. Chaver-ware recommends that you upgrade to Peachtree 3.5 batch 5. This is fully year 2000 compliant. You can either download it from the Peachtree site above, or order it directly from Peachtree for a cost of $14.95 and you will receive either CD or diskettes. If you have any questions about this or you are running a different version of Peachtree, please call us at 1-800-CHAVER1!
