Chaver-ware 4 is the latest release from Circuits & Systems of our Synagogue Membership and Accounting software. Chaver-ware is a 32 bit program, designed for use in the Windows operating system. It can be run in either Windows 9X, Windows NT, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista (Requires Version 4.11 or better). Chaver-ware tracks people, families, Yahrzeits, committees, and does all of your bookkeeping. You can enter information about both your members and non-members, prospective members, or just people for a mailing list. Records are maintained as family units, with children and spouses having their own independent records

Chaver-ware interfaces to either Peachtree Accounting for Windows or QuickBooks Pro 2002 and higher. Peachtree and QuickBooks are the recognized leaders in Windows based small business accounting software. We all know that a Synagogue office should be run like a business, with Peachtree or QuickBooks the ease of implementing Accounts Payable, Payroll, a full General Ledger system and Bank Reconciliation is extremely easy and user friendly. "On the fly" Queries

"On the fly" queries allow you to query (or ask) your database for information based on a combination of different criteria. Using this feature you can find information in many different ways and then mail merge this data to form letters, create quick reports or assign this group of people to a new category. Our query generation makes the retrieval of data from Chaver-ware extremely powerful and flexible!

Circuits & Systems Inc. agrees to provide  technical support through our 800 number, according to the plan below. This will cover you through the period of their Freedom Plan as long as payments are made in a timely fashion. In exchange for a Five (5) year Freedom Plan, you will receive a 3-user** license of Chaver-ware™ for FREE.

 Freedom Plan @$1495/year

      Unlimited Support for Chaver-ware™, including diagnosing problems with data entry, incorrect or damaged databases, and general “how to” issues. We can provide more efficient and better support using remote system access over a cable or DSL line. This allows us to access your computer “on line” as if we are sitting at your desk.

• Incremental updates and Major upgrades

• 2 hours of initial training remotely

• Remote training for 1 Hour on the use of Chaver-ware™ or Accounting Software* for any new employee hired

Freedom Plan Plus @$1895/year

Identical to Freedom Plan in addition you also receive:
