Update
New Features
- Added Shalach Manot Module (See attached Document)
- On the "Transfer Invoices to
Peachtree" screen and the Account History screen
from the Family Information added the ability to display
the sums of the columns
- When the list of Categories is
displayed in all areas EXCEPT the family screen, you can
now press the "+" and "-" keys to
expand and shrink one area at a time. First click on the
branch that you want to expand or shrink then press the
appropriate key.
- When utilizing the Apply to Revenue
function, if the category is set up with $0.00 in either
the tax Deductible or Non Tax Deductible sections, the
Apply to Revenue screen will fill in the amount in the
appropriate box.
- You can now type "00" and
get the year 2000 in all dates entry locations
- Added a Payment History report that
summarizes payments for a particular member
- Added a Report on Tax Deductible
information as a preview for tax letters
- Added Accounts Receivable type reports
that are accurate based on the date they are run
Fixed Items
- When utilizing the Apply to Revenue
function, the Invoice date is now the same as payment
date instead of todays date
- When utilizing the Apply to Revenue or
the Prepayment functions a single charge is created for
the total amount rather than splitting it if the category
is setup to split.
- The Deposit Ticket ID is now properly
formatted for Peachtree 7.0
- A leading space in the reference
number is no longer saved if it has been entered
- Fixed the Yahrzeit calculations for
next year that were not showing the Yahrzeit observance
past the year 2000 for Yahrzeits observed on the English
date. The system will automatically correct the data that
is incorrect.
- Corrected an issue where you could not
type "2/29/00" without getting an error message
- Update the Attendance Report
- Fixed an issue with the Membership
List with Children report that would show some children
in the wrong family
- Improved the layout of the Cash
Receipts Detail by Category report
- Expanded the date column on some of
the Statements and Tax Letter reports
- Fixed Statement #4 in so that totals
are right
