Version 2.26 Update
New Features
- When billing people on "a single
invoice" and Chaver-wareŽ prompts you for a date,
that date is remembered and used as the default any time
the system prompts you for a new invoice date within this
Chaver-wareŽ session.
- It is now possible to provide someone
with access to Chaver-wareŽ and PeachtreeŽ but not
access to the General Ledger portions of Peachtree to
still change the General Ledger accounts that different
items in Chaver-wareŽ are linked to. Please call
Technical Support for instruction on how to do this.
- The Nickname field on the member
screen now defaults to the First name if the Nickname
field is blank.
Fixed Problems
- When billing people on "a single
invoice" and Chaver-wareŽ prompts you for a date,
on certain systems if "00" was entered for the
year it resulted in 1900 being stored. This has been
changed so that any 2 digit year less than 90 will result
in a 20XX year being stored.
- Added additional error trapping in the
Cemetery field on the Yahrzeit records. Also now allow
for deletion of the date of death if it was accidentally
entered when the data is not known.
- The option which was added in Version
2.25 that allows filtering of Cash Receipts reports by
Cash Account is now visible to the end user.
- Certain accounting reports had a
"new" built in filter that did not allow
certain information to be shown. This has now been
removed.
