Most computers that are 3 years old or newer should satisfy the speed and Hyper-Threading requirement. The easiest way to check if your processor is a Hyper Threading processor is to press Ctrl-Alt-Del, when that comes up, click on the "Performance" tab.  You will see this:

If you see two windows in the CPU Usage History area then you have Hyper Threading, if you see one window, you do not.
